I did see that it made my nails stronger and grow faster. It's harder to see the effects on my hair. I'd love to see what it could do if taken longer, but I don't think I could stomach it, literally. You really do have to eat it on a full stomach and the pills are pretty large in size. I'd probably pass on these but the rest of the system is awesome!
These vitamins are ok. Have not seen any significant results yet. I'm on my 2nd pack so will be patient and continue to take them. I plan on using a 3rd pack but if nothing after that, I will stop. I have noticed a significant improvement in hair texture. I have less breakage , and less shedding. Kinda disappointed! I've been taking these for over a month, and haven't noticed anything different from my usual vitamins, except for the price and awful taste! I would dread having to take them every day, and was glad when I finally finished them!
I think I'll just go back to the vitamins I was taking before. I just started using the vitamins because it came highly recommended by my stylist. She has many clients getting good results but it may take a few months to see results. Take 1 a day and have thicker and fuller hair. Your thinning hair will not be thicker, for extreme thinning hair wait and take before pictures and sometimes it takes a few months to notice results. Be patient I swear on this product from and they discontinued it for awhile and it is now back and better than ever!
